About Me

Trained in the UK, Ash has been in the wellness industry since 1990.

Originally trained in Beauty and massage therapy Ash has expanded her knowledge over the years to incorporate international certifications in Vedic meditation, Integrative nutrition, Oncology massage and lymphoedema management.

Treatments

Massage

Wellness massage is a treatment to help reduce pain, combat tension, improve movement and flexibility. Specifically for relaxation, to improve energy and decrease stress levels.

Facials

Ash offers a number of facial treatments including micro-needling, hydrafacial and cold laser therapy. She only uses carefully selected all natural and high quality products to ensure the very best results.

Nutrition Coaching

An integrative nutrition consultation will combine the principles of medical nutrition therapy with integrative and functional therapies to provide counselling, education and guidance for your specific individual biological make up. 

Oncology & Lymphoedema

Lymphatic and Oncology massage can help relieve pain, insomnia, anxiety, nausea, depression and many more symptoms. It is often used after cancer surgery, radiation therapy or chemotherapy to help relieve swelling and to assist the lymphatic flow.
