My Story

Trained in the UK Ash has been in the wellness industry since 1990.

Originally trained in Beauty and massage therapy in London Ash has expanded her knowledge over the years to incorporate international certifications in Vedic meditation, Integrative nutrition, Oncology massage and lymphoedema management.

For the past 4 years Ash has worked in a multi-disciplinary cancer wellness centre within Southern cross hospital as an Oncology and Lymphoedema therapist. Helping patients navigate the effects of cancer treatment and surgery.

Ash has now chosen to work Optimum wellness centre in Campbells bay. The team at OWC believe in natural methods of health and wellness care for all.
